Outside of Orthodoxy this term has a wider use, and can refer to any formerly non-observant Jew who returns to more traditional and observant form of Judaism. Particular attention will be paid to the prevailing counter-culture, anti-establishment atmosphere of the general public, media, and government has warranted a reexamination of corporate responsibilities, standards of accountability, the company's role in its local and extended community, and its ethical position in our society and culture.
